    Great for beginners! Vinyasa means “to flow” and also “to link postures together”. In this class, you’ll do both as you breathe, and move in a conscious dance from pose to pose. Longer holds are added to build endurance and deep stretches keep you flexible and strong.

  • Power Yoga

    This is a class for the vinyasa student looking to get their sweat on. Please bring a towel with you to class or you can rent one for $2.

  • Yoga Rave

    Starting off with a slow, playful Yoga sequence, we quickly expand energetically into free-form, booty-bouncin’ dance party! Let the beat and awesome tunes groove you with funky lights and joyous vibe, then finish up with a delectable slow gong-vibrational meditation. An amazing way to start your night or week!

  • Sweaty Yoga

    Mix of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga in a heated room. Enjoy the music, breathing, and have a great time. Please bring a towel with you to class or you can rent one for $2.

  • Hatha

    Hatha yoga plus a little more at the end. A little yin yoga, holding stretches for longer periods of time. Perfect balance to the yang part of class. Great for beginners that want to try yoga and themselves. Great for runners and cyclists wanting to loosen up.

  • Kundalini

    Uses movement, breath and sound currents to awaken consciousness and increase happiness. Systematic techniques to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, and energize the chakras. Expect to breathe, chant, meditate, and use intensely energetic movements to align your inner and outer bodies. Class duration 75 minutes.

  • Yoga Core

    Core class working everything from the shoulders to the knees... your real core. This class will not only help you with your yoga practice in the studio it will help strengthen your yoga life practice. Lots of fun! Because working your core is a BLAST!

  • Night CapYoga

    Nightcap is an easy wind down yoga class without the heat. There will be some flow and some deep stretching with approx half the class standing and the other half stretching on the mat. It is only an hour long and is a great way to ease into your final relaxation of the day... sleep.

  • Restorative Yoga

    Invite balance to body and mind and calm your nervous system with restorative yoga centered on deep breathing, relaxation and cultivating awareness, flexibility and inner strength.

  • Adv. Power

    A fun and challenging class designed to take your practice to the next level. We will incorporate challenging postures into the flow, as well as more advanced breathing techniques, meditation, and yogic philosophy. We will dive deep into anatomy and advanced alignment, but no basic instruction will be given. Come Play!
