For me, Yoga has been a life-long friend and teacher. I feel blessed to have experienced Yoga from an early age through my Sikh Yogi Father and also my Grandmother who was a dancer and Yogini. The most powerful lesson Yoga has taught me (and continues to humble me with) is that one conscious breath can be a shift from fear to love. Over and over I see that when I’m willing to breathe directly into the center of areas of resistance, they begin to transform. New space becomes available to not only deepen in my yoga practice, but also to perceive the gift present in everyday life. It is my heartfelt wish that after leaving my class, students take home with them an ever-deepening sense of Trust in who they are, their community and their unique contribution to the web of life. I am grateful to be a part of this community and look forward to learning and growing with you!
