We are born with the wisdom of movement, breath, and instinct woven into the fabric of our being. Yet when our nervous system is shaped by stress and trauma—whether developmental, chronic, or acute—these innate patterns can become disrupted, leaving us stuck in loops of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. This workshop invites you into a space of compassionate exploration, where the body becomes both the storyteller and the healer.
The Soul healing workshop is a trauma-informed, educational, experiential workshop that blends somatic movement, motor pattern reintegration, and modern therapeutic tools drawn from polyvagal theory, attachment repair, and neuroplasticity research. Participants will engage in slow, intentional practices that help rewire survival responses, restore embodied safety, and reestablish agency through body-based healing. Class will typically start with a small discussion on the topic at hand, movement and somatic exercises, followed by a (optional) group discussion and crystal soundbath.
The space is held by Caitlyn Garrison, a Trauma informed yoga teacher and Somatics Teacher, and Sofia Santillan, M.S, LPC and yoga teacher. Bring a journal, pen and an open heart. We are here to welcome every part of you and all of you!
