Our studios are open and lobby-free. Please use the cubbies to store any belongings, and take off your shoes as soon as you enter to help us keep the studios clean!
We keep all valuables nice and safe at the front desk. Unclaimed items will be donated, so please come by the studio immediately to pick up what was left behind.
Please consult with your doctor or birth coach before attending a class. Most of our classes are heated and might not be suitable for those expecting.
The only locations that have showers are the Lover’s location in Dallas and the Fannin location in Houston.
Most of our classes are heated to over 90 degrees. Please feel free to step outside at any time for some fresh air if the heat gets to be too much, and stay hydrated throughout class. For those who have existing medical conditions or are wondering whether you can practice in the heat, please first consult with your doctor. Note, our Yin & Chill classes are not heated.
Please bring a towel, water and yoga mat to every class. Most classes are heated and we want you to stay safe and hydrated! If you do not own or forget these items, we have them at the studio for purchase.

We want to make yoga accessible and affordable, so all of our classes are donation-based, meaning that we don’t have a set rate per class. Please feel free to donate whatever is comfortable and available to you! We accept cash and card at the studio, or you can sign up and pay online ahead of time with a card.
We don’t have a set rate per class, so students can donate whatever they feel comfortable with! The suggested donation range is $15-$20, and students are able to pay via card in Studio or on MindBody, if signing up for class in advance.
Not at all! We are totally drop-in friendly, so anyone can come in and take a class.
All of our mat space is first come first served, and arriving 15-20 minutes early will give you plenty of time to check in, set up your space, and grab any extras you might need (water bottle, props, etc.). If you would like to guarantee your spot prior, please sign up ahead of time online or via the MindBody app.
We unfortunately don’t rent out the studio space at this time.
Little Yogis are welcome to practice with a parent, as long as they have filled out our waiver. We do not offer child care or have a lobby area where kids can hangout, so they must be with their parent at all times.
If you’re running late to class, please come in, set up your space as quietly as you can, and sign in after class at the front desk. Some of our locations lock the doors as class begins for the safety of our students, so please be sure to arrive as early as you can!
The more yogis the merrier! If you’re bringing a friend or two, please have them sign the online waiver before arriving.
Students can either sign up ahead of time online via our website or the MindBody app. We also accept and encourage walk-ins. Just remember all mat space is first come, first served, so arrive between ten to fifteen minutes before class to park, check in/donate, and set up your space.
