Each traveler is responsible for booking their own travel insurance as soon as you book your flight, at least 30 days prior to attending our trips. You'll receive a packing list shortly after you receive your green light email giving you the go ahead to book your flight! This will be about one month prior to the trip, please feel free to reach out with any specific questions in the meantime.
Yes, it will be available but there likely won't be stellar service at our accommodations. Consider this a fair warning! (We'd also love for you to be able to unplug as much as possible.)
