Trauma Informed Yoga teaching is a methodology of teaching informed by various social behavioral theories to create an environment that is perceived as safe by students. You won’t learn any new yoga, but you will learn how to apply techniques that are respectful of your students in a public class setting, closed group setting, and in a one on one setting.
