This 25 Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Brett Haginas is a training for all yoga teachers, birth workers, and pregnant practitioners. This training will provide you with the tools necessary to teach accessible and empowering vinyasa classes for your pregnant students. You can expect to deepen your understanding of vinyasa, yin, restorative, anatomy, yoga philosophy, and the nervous system as they relate to pregnancy. As a birth doula, Brett is an advocate for her clients as they move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Through her training with DTI, she saw how the yoga practice lends itself well to the pregnancy journey, and how certain yoga practices can have a positive impact on birth outcomes.
