Expect to further develop yourself emotionally, mentally, and physically, as you connect more closely with your community and the practice of yoga. In our 200-hour training, you'll move along the path of yoga - from ethical living and alignment-based asana, to pranayama, meditation, and chakras. Throughout this journey, we weave in authentic relating activities, communication exercises, and opportunities for self-discovery. We have a strong focus on applying everything you learn both as a teacher in the studio and as a practitioner of yoga in life. Whether you're looking to become a teacher, learn more about the practice, or develop skills to help you move through your personal and professional life more easefully, you will gain invaluable insights from these 4 weeks of transformative discovery.
TUITION: The Early Bird rate of $2,700 is available up to a month before the training begins and must be paid in full. If you're paying closer to the training start date, or extending a payment plan throughout training, the rate is $3,000 and must be paid by the halfway point. Place your $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, then we will contact you about completing payment in a way that works best for you.
