Expect to further develop yourself emotionally, mentally, and physically, as you connect more closely with your community and the practice of yoga. In our 200-hour training, you'll move along the path of yoga - from ethical living and alignment-based asana, to pranayama, meditation, and chakras. Throughout this journey, we weave in authentic relating activities, communication exercises, and opportunities for self-discovery. We have a strong focus on applying everything you learn both as a teacher in the studio and as a practitioner of yoga in life. This 5 month course will take place on the 1st weekend of every month as well as every Thursday evening. Dates and times listed in full on next screen.
