Join Black Swan Yoga's 16-Day (7:15am-6:15pm) International 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from June 2-18, 2023 in Costa Rica! This intensive will be physically, emotionally, and spiritually transformative as you connect more closely with your community and the practice of yoga. It is very different from a typical retreat, as we start our training days at 7:15am and end at 6:15pm. If you want to explore Costa Rica and the surrounding areas, we recommend you stay a few days longer afterwards and treat yourself. In our 200-hour training, you'll move along the path of yoga - from ethical living and alignment-based asana, to pranayama, meditation, and chakras. Throughout this journey, we weave in authentic relating activities, communication exercises, and opportunities for self-discovery. We have a strong focus on applying everything you learn both as a teacher in the studio and as a practitioner of yoga in life. Whether you're looking to become a teacher, learn more about the practice, or develop skills to help you move through your personal and professional life more easefully, you will gain invaluable insights from these 16 days of transformative discovery.
TUITION: Early bird discount of $300 available until May 2nd. That's a HUGE savings! After May 2nd Tuition is $4,500 (payment plans available) which includes your Yoga Alliance Registered 200-hour Teacher Training, our Black Swan Yoga Training Manual, accommodations, breakfast and lunch every day, and transportation to and from San Jose or Liberia airport.
